It will present you with questions to reflect on your organisation from the employment process, people management to your product and service design and policy and strategy.
At the end, it will present a health check for each section and a short report, directing you to some resources to help improve your inclusivity. This Health Checker can be used by anyone from your organisation – from senior managers to employees from all departments and units.
